I am looking to create a content management system for my company that can manage and track accounts for all my clients as well as generate individual reporting pages for each of my clients.

If you feel like this is something you can do or have any recommendations for me, let me know and I will give you further details.

Sorry but you've provided an extremely poor description about your needs.
What kind of accounts? What kind of user data you want to store? Should users be able to logon and edit data? Do you mean some kind of CRM (client relationship management)?

You need to give some more details i order to get reasonable answers and/or suggestions.

There are hundreds of CMS products. If you want Commercial and Cheap so you don't have to be the tech support guy, take a look at Expression Engine.

If you have some custom requirements, you may also consider developing your own content management system.

What kind of accounts? Are these payments, sales, financial reports,,,, or something else?

Does the information need to be sent over a secure connection? Is there going to be personal information sent in, or just generic numbers?

Are the people going to enter the data into fields from paper, or is the data already in some kind of electronic format?

Your "clients", are these employees, do you have employees, do you have satellite offices?

Lets say that you have a satellite office where a clerk needs to send you data from a paper form. It then needs to be entered into a program like quick books. You could setup a virtual private network (VPN) between the offices. This would provide an encrypted tunnel so your employees could gain access to the server. Then you would not need any kind of website.

It would really help if there was more information to work with.
