Looking to setup my own ad platform for direct advertisers, suggestions?

I am looking to set up a platform for direct advertisers to be able to manage their campaigns themselves.

My initial instinct is i will need a 3 module system: ad manager, ad server, reporting

I am looking to see if there are any solutions out there that i can purchase a license for the ad manager and decide on serving ads myself or using somebody else.

there are solutions for nearly everything but you need to ask yourself how you can stick out of the other platforms. What are you doing different and if you are using a out of the box script there is a pretty high chance there are plenty people doing it the same way

 

I forgot to mention one important fact. I am a publisher already, looking to create my own platform for my own traffic which is a respectable amount.
