Low CTR - anyone tips on positioning?

    Hello,

    I have a low ctr on this site: http://www.mstracker.net

    I believe it might be because the ads are not relevant enough.
    I use section targetting but nothing helps.

    Any tips?

    The ad link is well placed but the ad block is way to the far right.

    My antivirus shows me the message that your site is infected with Application.JS.ForcePopup.A, maybe that could be the reason
