Low CTR on Yahoo

    I am experiencing a low ctr on Yahoo with my new ads, despite the same ads getting a decent ctr on Adwords. I am in average position 3 with the following stats:

    Impressions: 5770
    CTR: 0.55%
    Bid: $0.50
    Avg CPC: $0.25
    Clicks:32

    Any ideas? If you get into position 3 does your site appear someone else too so that you get many more impressions but a lower ctr?

    I am split testing 4 ads and they are all between 0.40% and 0.70%. I am fearing my quality score going down as a result but just not sure what to do or why its all so low!
