Hey Guys, I created my first website which can be found here: www.bw2tips.co.nr

For some reason people don't really click the ads and I get quite a handful ov visitors. I tried making them the same colour as the background but that doesn't help :(. What else would your recommend me to do in order to get a high CTR?

    Thanks for your suggestions!

Well, it may be because it's on a free server. When I'll get my first $100 then I intend to buy other packages and also make it .com or .net

Your ads do not match up with the content of your site - that may be why no one is clicking on them.

When you say you have "quite a handful of visitors" how much do you mean, exactly? Your site counter reads 400 and change. That's not a whole lot of visitors. I'd suggest promoting your site to search engines and other locales before wondering why you aren't making any money with them. Plus, your ads are showing PSA.

That would take ages. . . a hosting/domain package can cost you around $20.

For what it's worth, go to http://www.dreamhost.com and sign up for their Crazy Domain Insane L1 hosting plan. If you enter coupon code 'BEST' it is $97 off, making the final cost something like $22USD for the first year, including domain registration. They have been rock solid providers for me; I have multiple sites running on their services.

Note: Other than hosting with them, I am not affiliated with dreamhost in any way. I do not stand to make any benefit by this 'promotional post'
