Loyalty/Reward Program Suggestions

I'm looking for recommendations on companies that offer quality loyalty/reward programs for retail websites. The programs they offer have to be 100% online. Has anyone had any good experiences, bad experiences, etc?

Which country are you based on? Is there any geographical restrictions?

 

I am in the usa - hq in tampa branches ny and pa
the rewards and loyalty programs have no limitations
as to geography, and can be accomplish in any language you
market in.
The branded ach card is limited to areas that operate within the federal
reserve system which are the 50 us states, puerto rico, us virgin islands,
and other territories that may use the fed.
Anyone outside the usa with a us. Bank account - i.e. Military or people from other countries that have a u.s. Bank account.
