Yeah, I thought it was gone too - until I recently discovered that it was part of CS3. I used to use it a lot back in 1999, but since then I've found that Photoshop/Image Ready was a better work-flow (for me, anyway).

Now that Image Ready is gone, I'm starting to use Fireworks again. And...I hate it. Perhaps I need to give it more time, but I miss Image Ready!!

I love Fireworks just because it's so easy to understand. I can literally design a logo in ... minutes.

It's probably me but... Photoshop is more complicated.

    Thank you for replies.

Fireworks is still a very good program and good for slicing web designs. I use to use it alot before I found photoshop, but i occasionally use it to help slice up a website design.
