    Hi DP friends,

What generate better results for you - major social networks or niche specific social networks. The question is related to getting traffic, more business and brand building. What works best for you?

    Cheers

I focus more on the major social networks, simply because they get more traffic. But smaller, niche social networks can bring in some beneficial traffic too. ;)

I agree with your answer, of course major social networks are more important for promotion and gaining new clients.

Well, this isn't very straight forward and it depends on the business niche. Some businesses doesn't benefit at all from social media marketing and mostly play with B2B, that's why I've started this poll.

IT depends on what you are promoting. I have an architecture site, which has some technical articles on there. These are better suited to niche sites where people are more likely to be interested in that sort of content. On the other hand I occasionally write a list type article, for example I wrote one about small homes. This worked very well on Facebook.
