    Pinterest is quite easy. As you mentioned, a easy title will draw good traffic. Monetizing on Pinterest is basically impossible but it is easy to get tons of free traffic from it.

    This is an incredibly useful method because it allows for quick, easily-outsourced tasks that bring in good traffic without violating Adsense TOS. AGAIN: The KEY here is outsourcing. Nobody wants to spend too much time doing this stuff day after day - outsource it and scale up! Will add it to my list of things to try in 2013.
