Making a $7 bottle of Vodka into a $40 one

You can't taste vodka anyway although the hangover would no doubt be better on the filtered stuff.

I just bought a £2 bottle of Absinthe at 90% volume so will give the filtering a go on that.

I wouldnt be able to write anything after a glass of that, cant say I have ever had Absinthe though...

 

There is a story on the back in Spanish mentioning Van Gogh and Cezanne - I imagine it mentions that it sends you mad, yeah.

I had a tiny sip of it the other day and nearly died.

 

Here in suburbs people make alchohol from scratch, dont know the recipe and ingredients, and they drink straight up, no filtering and stuff. Its pretty harmfull though.

 

I saw a picture of Prince in the paper sipping Absinthe..I decided on the spot its kinda gay

 

Sipping is a bit gay I suppose. Downing shots is a bit more manly.

Having said that once you try a sip you won't want any more!

 

The 90% absinthe is pretty horrid really, it wont send you mad though, they limit the ammount of thujon thats allowed in absinthe now(the hallucigenic property of wormwood) so you want trip off it. As for Van Gogh going mad aparantly it was from the copper impurities that they put in the absinthe to make it greener that sent him mad.
Whats andora like? i have been wanting to go there for a while now, is it as cheap as they say? i hear the prices are going up

 

It was UK prices in the bars but rock bottom in the supermarkets.
