    What i want to make is apartment site where ppl can add their apartments free for 1 year and after 1 year they need to pay little $. I want to start with Wordpress but there is few problems like translation and payment. Is anyone know wordpress theme from themeforest where it have these option translation in several languages and payment method? I tried with joomla and i got hacked, i didnt put any security plugins so now i want to make site on wordpress. Thx

    I almost bought it because its beautiful theme, but its real estate theme. I need theme for rental. Properta is missing 2 features:
    1. Book Now option
    2. Availability option (for how much people, how much cost per night,how much night will you stay)

    If someone finds this theme please post here. Thank you.
