    Can I make posts indicating earlier dates on Facebook? Will you explain how? And is it possible in other social networks?

    Yes it is possible, however you cannot back date much that you want to post something before the date your profile was created :D

    What good would it come to backdate a post?

    Yes you can! You can make your post for the day before, but not make a posts indicating earlier dates!

    It is very easy to do! You can even change the date of the earlier published posts! So, let's start!
    After composing your new post you have to click the arrow next to the "Publish" button. It will give you some options, among them: schedule post, backdate post and save draft.
    When you click "Backdate post" you can select the year first and then month and day. You can post as far back as 1905. And then you can choose whether your post should be hidden from your timeline or not.
