Making graphs which don't look like they're made in Excel

    Hey all,
    I was wondering if there are any good programs our there for making 3D graphs (preferably including pie graphs) which look half decent. I've Googled it and am downloading some programs at the moment, but I was just wondering whether anyone knows any exceptionally good programs (perhaps the new Excel is good, but unfortunately I don't have it).

    Photoshop might have something. Im not too sure though i dont deal with graphs very often.
