    Can you be more specific?

    What have you done to market your site? How much traffic do you recieve?

    If your CTR good? If yes, then all you need is more traffic. If it's not, then that's the area you need to improve in.

    I can see only one ad block in the bottom, definetely you'll get very low CTR, also you have good enough content but not in proper way, better you should redesign your site with a good professional designer and learn here how to implement adsense on your site...

    i had a hard time finding your ads, after 1 min of lookin i found the one on the left, that some bad adsense placement. if you put a large pic ad on the top ur gonna make some good money

    i see only one link unit under your main menu and one small ads unit at the footer of your site. you must use biggers people to see your ads
