    @Matthew H took my money for forum posting and then never replied again. I'm apparently not the only one he did this to.

    Although I don't know all the details, going straight to Paypal and filing a case would help. File a case, wait for a week or so, then escalate it to a claim. Probably 90% of the time Paypal returns money to the buyer. That's what I'd do.
