We may not find out what really happened. But I myself do believe the jury will find him guilty.

This may sound wrong, but I don't care. The parent of whoever-the-boy is should not of let Jackson be with her kid, I mean ffs.. this has happened before, WHY would you let your kid be with him.

I have to agree and disagree with this.

    I agree:

The parents are at fault. They are either extremely stupid or greedy (allowing gifts and money to jepoardize their children's well-being.

There is NO excuse for this and they need to be held accountable in some way.

    I disagree:

In a civilized society we need to protect kids even if they are not our own. It's not their fault that their parents are fucked up and if Michael indeed molested them, it needs to be punished. No one should get away with something like this, no matter if they are rich and famous.`

Sitetutor, I fully understand if MJ is guilty he should be punished, but IMO it seemed a tad to "Set up", by the fact they let there kid going over there, then let there kid sleep in the same bed as MJ.. I just think they must of had it planned.

You know, just like the Juice's and the Scott Peterson trial I only have seen what the media has to say. Juice looked pretty guilty from the media's perspective, whereas with Peterson and Jackson the case seems pretty flimsy at best. Beyond a reasonable doubt? Given the information I've seen about the trial, not guilty. But there are a couple of things to consider - 1) the jury sees and hears things we'll never know about. and 2) Jury's don't always (and in fact frequently don't) follow logic.

They'll do things like convict him on one count, but not on another. Or convict him of one of the lesser charges just because they think he must have done something, but aren't convinced enough to send him to jail for 8 years. I think it all boils down to whether or not the boy was believable. Everything else is just fluff.

If he gets convicted he won't be like Martha Stewart and suck it up. He'll fight it till the last. The guy won't survive more than a month in prison.

The guy needs some serious help regardless of whether he molested kids.
It seems like if you were as rich as him, you would get the proper help to make sure you did not screw up.

I have seen lots of what I would call "sociopaths" that were created because they got too much money, but lacked skills like organization and responsibility.

I think he's a very sick puppy and I can't believe the people he cares about and who claim to care about him didn't caution him about his behaviour!

He was putting up a big sign saying "sue me" by doing it and didn't give a shit. I think he was sick and behaved inappropriately, I'm with Shawn on the "sue the mother too" thing, what a strange woman. I have kids and there is no way I'd let them sleep with another adult, no matter how famous, how star struck I might be. It's not appropriate for my culture.

I'm not sure he molested the kids and in NZ we have a "beyond reasonable doubt" clause and I couldn't say that the evidence presented takes you beyond reasonable doubt.

They've tried to but he wouldn't listen to anyone. I have seen a documentary about him. Many were talking about how he basically ignored any warnings and doesn't feel like the law applies to him. I think that is what happens when you get away with something or can buy your way out the first time. He must have felt immune.

In a way, he was immune because he just bought off anyone who made accusations. Till they changed the law to prevent that from happening again. Heh!

I don't know the counts or even any of the details but I think he will be found not guilty on anything that involves jail time and guilty on the counts that will mean time served.

Its not that I don't think he did it, I just think thats the way the jury will go.
There isn't really an option on the poll for that.

I totally agree. He is a nut job, but I don't think he is a child molestor. The family that is accusing MJ are a bunch of con artists (they've filed all kinds of stupid lawsuits, trying to get rich).
