    I have a little query that you guys might be able to help me with.

    I'm doing the order of service for the wedding and I was wondering how I would be able to display the list of names of who people are in the following format;

    Chief Bridesmaid...............Name
    Best Man........................Name
    Bridesmaid.......................Name

    etc

    ...where the Name is always aligned with the rest of the names.

    Any ideas?

    I think MS word has tables.. let me open it up real quick then I'll edit the post.

    Yeah.. click Tables > Insert > Table, then have a 2 column, 1 row table. Then edit it so there is no border if you want. (Right click, borders and shading)

    I've used a few tables already to put this data in but I dont have any space to add more tables unfortunately.

    I know there's a way to do the ........ thing when displaying a contents page but I'm not sure about a normal list.

    How could you not have room for more tables? They'd take up the same room as that I'd think.

    Yeah but I've been told I need the dots like;

    Position...........................Name

    And it's impossible to get them in line by just typing them in. :confused:

    After typing it out highligh it and click on
    Format> Paragraph>
    Alignment drop down menu> Distributed

    That may do it for you depending on what the layout is like.
