    Hi Members,

    Dealing with a web hosting company in India is not an easy job. Two years ago, I was in search of a reliable hosting provider who can take responsibility of my website and keep it up and running. It was not an easy task to choose the hosting provider. I don't wanted to go with big hosting companies where you need to keep waiting and waiting for a long time to connect to their support team. I am not from IT background, I was looking for a completely managed hosting service. I got to know about MilesWeb.com from a friend. Today I am really thankful to him for recommending me to use MilesWeb.com. It's been over two years now I am using their services. Exceptional support and service. If there is any issue, I just need to contact the account manager and the issue is sorted. I don't hesitate to recommend them to others.

    erm nice to hear your good experience with them. im also interested with them and to see your review might make me jump on the board but hey theres still time for me to make a final decision. so ts how long they take for answering and handling a ticket?

    Milesweb is the best hosting service I've ever worked with. They are so friendly and the awesome part is extraordinary support. I have never seen their turn around time on the support tickets is more than 30 min. Another thing I like about them is their honesty, they are not like the big marketing thief. Always shouting about "Unlimited Everything". A really good quality company.
