Missing ads on Blog & General Question

Hello all, hope you're having a good day. I have two questions, which are rather newbe questions

1-In my blog,buzzjunk.blogspot.com, i noticed that my Adsense publisher ID begins with "ca-pub". Should that initial "ca" be there? Because when i log into my Adsense account page, i see my ID begins with "Pub" (without the "CA" part). Just want to make sure everything is okay.


2-Furthermore, In my blog, I have my adsense settings to "Display ads on the sidebar and below each post". However, ads only appear in the first 3 to 4 posts, and the rest of the page does not have any ads in between posts as the settings imply. Do you know what is causing this behavior?

I can't answer the first. For the second question, you can only have 3 google ads and 3 link lists on your blog on one page at a time.

 

the "ca-pub-" format I believe that is because you are Canadian or signed up being in Canada.

Ummm thats weird, because i signed up in the US-- Massachusetts area.
Ill look further into it.

Assuming you guys have a blog set up for adsense and all, does yours begin with Pub-xxxxxxxx without the ca?
