    TAKE YOUR ADSENSE OFF THAT SITE NOW!

    Don't do it tomorrow, do it NOW or your account is history. You are committing about all bannable offenses on your page:

    - The little blue arrow violates the image-next-to-ad rule by making the ad link look important
    - Your first adunit (with the little arrow) tricks users into thinking the sponsored link is part of your site. Illegal.
    - Putting adsense under 'Important links' is NOT allowed. Only 'sponsored links' or 'advertisements' are allowed.
    - The same goes for the 'Make money online' box
    - In this 'make money online' box, you have cloaked part of the 'ads by google'. Which is, ofcourse, illegal and will get you banned.

    Save yourself and get rid of these ads NOW. Place them in your content instead. Re-read google's TOS or you willlose your account even before making any good money.

    thanks for the input! i did all of the changes except the arrow in the first ad units BECAUSE i saw many websites even ones from DP, showing and talking about how effect this method was :S

    why can't i do it :(

    Any and all who are doing this are in direct violation google's terms of service and are thus risking a ban. It is this kind of people that show off their four-figure checks in january and open a "OMG Im banned help me plz :("-topic in march. Some people get away with it (google cant manually check all sites), but if you get caught you're done for. Forever.

    The risk is yours to take, but I would bate safely and blend my ads in the *content* of my site.

    I suggest you remove the arrow as soon as possible, as it is violating adsense TOS. Otherwise, ads placement is ok.
