    I can see that I get money when somebody buy my Premium Theme.
    and in Free Themes, I get money when somebody sponsors it (or anything else?)...

    At this point of time, as a Theme Developer, to earn money, should I go Premium? or Should I Distribute Free Wordpress themes?

    Any suggestions on this kind of business?

    It's hard to give an answer from my point of view since I don't know if you do this because of money or because it's your hobby.
    From what I think currently is that you should start by giving it out for free and then after have gained a great amount of popularity start making premium themes that you sell. :D
