I was reading a thread with a title "your earliest memory" gave me an idea to make a thread for every one of you including myself to share a story with a few of the most important that had happened to all of us so if you don't mind, share one or more that's most important of your life whether it be the family, surgery, friends, and etc so I will start off with mine.

Undergoing the biggest surgery of my life, I was about 4 (just turned 4) I had to go under the biggest and the largest surgery at a hospital over in Huntington, WV where I had to undergo a surgery on my spine to straighten my spine because I have sisologic (can't spell it) where my spine has very curves. They had to cut about almost two feet from my neck to my tailbone then when I was out of surgery they had waken me up then just a few hours later on the same day I was supposed to be put back out to sleep because after the surgery on my back they have to drills into my head to put on a halo where it connects from my head to the cast on my back except this time the medicine that supposed to put me back to sleep didn't do too well on me because for some reason I couldn't go back to sleep as they had to give me another injection of medicine to put me back to sleep but still not working so then they injected me with tons of morphine then started drilling 5-6 bits into my head while I am being awake and aware of what exactly is going on so I just laid on the bed smiling while they were drilling into my head and blood squirting and rolling over my face and I was still there laying with a smile.

Then after everything with the surgery of my back, drilling my head and then cleaning up the messes they left after doing a surgery on me. But the most important thing about this is that during the surgery I had all of my important family with me that who was there for me every day which is my mother, my grandmother, and my aunt Debbie. After the surgery I had to stay at the hospital for three months I believe which it was too long for me especially that I was just four years old who was eager to run around and play.

Then a few years later, when I turned 8 years old. I had to undergo a second biggest surgery of my life. But this time it was my right leg, on a night it was pour raining so everything outside were slippery and I was just coming home from a ex girlfriend of mine who lived next door but when I was on my way home I walked up up the stairs to get onto the porch to go inside my house but when I was just halfway up the stairs, was just about to get to the porch but then I slipped and fell over the stairs on side where I fell like a big rock dropping and my right knee fell right into a hole where we had dug out a old big rock few weeks before that day but then my leg snapped and my right leg turned into a L-shape across my other leg and my mother heard my scream and came out then picked me up then rushed to the emergency room. When I arrived there I had to be sent out to the hospital in Huntington which was the same hospital I had undergo one of the biggest surgery of mine for my spine which was about 2 hours drive from here but I was flown in a helicopter and then arrived there then they said I had broken my femur into half then I was immediately undergo the surgery to put my femur back into the place which the surgery took a quite long time but the exact same family that was with me when I underwent the surgery on my back were there with me but I came out of surgery I was put to sleep for a very long time because I was in a great pain and had to stay at the hospital for about a month then finally was got sent home on exactly a day before Halloween but ever since the day I broke my femur in my right leg it has never been the same with myself because I can hardly walk so that's my life. :(

But I am very thankful that my family never left me as all of them stayed with me the whole time for my both surgeries although they are no longer here except my mother still is here thankfully.
