    I'm sure that yo will find job in Armenia like in every European country.
    If i'm not mistaken Apmenia has well developed oil industry, so there is no reason to worry about IT technologies out there.
    And by the way Armenian cognac wil help you and may be you will bring a little for the community!:)

    css and html is really not in demand anymore. It is fairly common sense and progrms do it for you now. A little more in demand is php and mysql, but it is competitive too. Good luck.
