Actually the latest version of IE9 is a huge step forward in better browsing but still it is behind Firefox and they have already released browsers 6.0 version(official announcement will be within 2-3 days but you can get on their download server). Hope this will improve speed and stability because Chrome right now is one step ahead of any other browser in the market

Firefox is better than IE, because it has cool features, great addons, which IE does not have, FF is faster than IE as well as provide nice graphics.

IE got tons of bugs, crashes all the day long, 50% of the sites looks sucks on it, js problems with a lot of js libraries, and less security!
and Firefox is powerful, less bugs, all websites work great on it, crashes less, just perfect !

Mozilla Firefox is MILES better than Internet Explorer, Mozilla is clearly faster and allows more use in which gives off better performance whereas Internet Explorer freezes up, especially on slow computers (which mine isn't most of the time). When I'm using my BodyBugg (Google it), and have to choose between them two browsers I choose Mozilla simply because it has a better process in which I finish uploading information much quicker, probably 2 times less than I would have with Internet Explorer.
