multi-purposing my content - how?

    ok here's my question . . .
    I want to create a number of pages of content, and then multi-purpose them.

    For example, write an article on "The cost of living in Spain".

    Then make it available for use on my own (property and property marketing related) websites and also a number of other websites that I have created (for example for real estate agents in Spain) as added-value content (giving them more than just properties-for-sale content, for example).

    What's the best way to do this?
    Include the actual words/pics in hard wired code in these other pages (time-consuming), or use an i-frame (?? that gets the info page from my server), or use SSI, or . . . ??

    What's the best way to get the most out of this great info I have created, using it myself and getting/allowing other people/sites to use it, in a way that Google 'appreciates'. That fairly avoids any duplicate content penalties.
