    When building sites designed for Adsense, do you allocate space to add other effective income stream : affiliate program, list building, searchfeed...

    It's obvious that we should have multiple income streams within each site, but how many are really doing it?

    What are your thoughts on this?

    I try to get sites to make money off of subscription services and from Adsense..

    Yes. adsense can only complement the income. not that much.

    you need to sell product. That will make it more profitable.

    adsense only works for big website with good traffic.

    I use what's best for the site, can be one thing or a combination. But it is better for a business as a whole to have multiple income streams. I do not agree it is needed down to the level of a single site, unless it is very big.
