Multiple domains/sites same content

    I'd like to display the same content on multiple sites. These are directly accessed sites so search results are not a priority.

    My desire is to just have the domain name and themes be different.

    Wordpress has a plugin domainTheme, however it only says compatible up to 2.7, and I'd like a future proof method.

    I'd like a future-proof method as well, but for now with all CMSs including Wordpress there will be upgrades to plugins.

    They are simple as clicking a button once and for the truly lazy there is a plugin that even can click that button for you automatically.

    Is this a 1 time deal or will you be constantly adding new content to each domain? Is the content all the same?
