    I would like to host my addon domains on multiple and different IP addressed, I have my own VPS.

    Does anyone know how to do that?

    The very important question before we go any further is, What control Panel do you use? Cpanel Most probably? And do you have enough dedicated Ip addresses to assign it to your sub domains.
    CPanel & WHM does not currently have a browser based-interface that allows you to assign a dedicated IP address to a user's subdomain.
    You will have to do it through the SSH.
