multiple parameters causing PR loss?

    Greetings DP team!
    Three days ago, my homepage had a Google PageRank=5 but it suddenly went to PR=0. I am suspecting that the rank might have been affected by coldfusion inserting many parameters and creating different version of the homepage. In fact, google sitemaps says that its most popular page during September was the following: http://www.collegeanduniversity.net/Main/RequestInfo.cfm?CollegeID=965&AffID=66
    Instead of collegeanduniversity.net.

    I already redirected www to non-www.

    Question: do you have any idea if these different versions of the homepage could have caused the problem and if so, what can I do to fix it?
    Should I just use redirects to replace the equal signs for slashes and keywords as a fix?

    I would appreciate any ideas
