    Thats an "ok" placement. I suggest you replace the ad below your post with a bigger ad. Oh and one more thing, You might want to put some content on your website :)

    The adsense placement on the right are good, but the one under the welcome to... is really bad. remove the border and change the color of the ad :D

    In his email SEO courses Brad Callen says that links in the left column may misdirect the search engine bots. In your site there are so many ads-they may prevent good indexing. Remove also the links below the header -it helped(the removal) to boost the SE rankings of a site- reviewed in SEOBOOK blog
