well i run a medical sites and site is
    http://www.medicalstudents.in
its new site just 15 days old and now i'm getting around 800+unique per day and traffic is from indian or medical profession all over world mostly from usa now.
so i put my adsense ads there
just would like some suggestions of placement of ads .i guess top ads is fine ,but worried about square ads just below signin panel.
is it fine or i have to do something like color or make it smaller.or any borders.

    please suggest me.

I was wondering that as well. You ad placement actually looks pretty good. It's pretty much the default for phpFox correct? That is a pretty expensive program and there are a lot of people behind the development. It makes sense that they would have the best ad placement possible for you already built into the program :)

I think you've done a file job with the colors of the ads as well. They look natural. Do you have image ads enabled on the box under the login? I would suggest you keep both possible, as image ads might tend to get clicked if they are medically related and your community finds them interesting.
