    I drink only water and take no food until lunch at 1pm. This is because I fast for 18 hours a day for health. Since I gave up breakfast I feel so much healthier, energetic and sleep better. I am losing weight steadily. I feel that breakfast is unnecessary and that keeping the stomach light and empty for part of the 24 hour cycle is tremendously beneficial.
