    russian spammer or any others are banned from accessing my site. And if they manage to enter into my site, they will not find their fruits

    Dofollow only attract blog comment spammers so why bother? You will get attention even if your blog is no follow if you only place useful content in them.

    A lot of the spam on the comments comes from the spam bots and if you have a quiz or hidden field to stop the bots, then you shouldn't get too much spam.

    The one thing you have to be careful of is to check the url's people post since you don't want any google penalty for linking to a bad site.
