QUICK FAQ

• How do I connect to the game? I am new to muonline.

Firstly, you need the software to connect, called client.
Download the client located at Downloads section, install it and then download the patch and overwrite files in your installed client.
After all installation is complete, you must register an account. To do that simply go on the page of the server you wish to play (either Hell or Heaven) and Register. After succefully registering one, enter on the desired Launcher: HasteHeaven(HighEXP).exe or HasteHell(LowEXP).exe to proceed with the game. Enjoy!​

• Where can i get some guides about Muonline?

We offer a complete range of guides, for our players. All you need to know related to
muonline is available on our guide section.​

• What is that VIP Server?

The Vip Server is a subserver to the main server (same database as the first) but it has a different configuration (experience, drops, shops, monstersetbase and others are better). We have made it for those who support us and donate, but for special occasions and events also.​
