    change the background color of 160 x 600 ads unit to pink to match the page background color.

    Add large rectangle with white background above the first post.

    change the right menu background color to pink to match the page background color.

    Go Blog dashboard>> settings >> Formatting and change the default option of 7 posts per page to 2 or three . This will give a better look.

    You have to do a lot of experiment and see what suits you.

    Not sir, it seems madam. hehe.

    Also, your site looks OK to me. You might want to experiment with placement though. I like facebook model design. but you have quite made your site look like facebook. you wanna change that? also it loads too sluggishly. seems problem with crawl rate or bandwidth? check out my site for some placement ideas .
