My Designing Sucks - Need a CMS w/ a variety of templates...which is the best?

I have a site I want to build but the niche of it is pretty rare. I'm thinking that WP won't have a theme for it. Just wondering what is the best open source or free CMS out there that offers a huge variety of themes or templates.

Also - need something where I can edit the title and meta tags as well as html in general for SEO purposes...

I thought WP has wide variety of themes, however as you said WP won't have a theme, did you try Joomla or Drupal.

What the niche of your site, maybe I can search it for you. WP and joomla has templates in almost every topic. Search a little bit more and you will find it.
