My Developer is Giving me a Big Headache!

I basically hired this xxx company which I found out from GAF. I used them for a smaller project previously and thought that I could just pay them directly now that I have "known" them better. They're a company from Pakistan if that's relevant at all.

and don't take me as someone's stupid, I know I should've known better by using any reputable escrow.

They're now 5 days late off a 7 days dateline. They've cut all means of communications but I just seen them bid on 3 projects this morning! The owner of the company is usually on MSN, YM and AIM but he's not now.

This is the second time this has happened for this same project, I'm getting sick of this shit. He promised that the project will be done last week, it's now Monday and I don't see any progress.

Any advise on how to handle this shit is appreciated. I have already post on the projects he bid on regarding my issues with them and letting service buyers know that I'm willing to prove to them about the issue if they require more info.

As you have already forwarded your issue to GAF, I think you should hold the payment and look for other developer preferebly from established & professional company. If you need more help on this, PM me.

What you do is mention names by posting here the company and owner. IF they are a reputable company they will come here and straighten this issue out, otherwise you have done everyone a favor by letting us know of one less scamming thief to worry about.

File a payment dispute (paypal or credit card or at your bank).
