My Dropshipping Journey with AliExpress

A lot of "fun" stuff here - I'm dropshipping on ebay products from AliExpress the online thing that gets my clients infuriated is the time it takes to ship from China to US/UK. I guess I need to start importing the products which will up the expenses.

 

@evelinawilliams007 , if you selling electronic stuff gearbest has EU and US warehouses. But there are only limited SKU's out there.

 

I know, I'm not selling electronic stuff, I'm selling clothing mostly.

 

by the way, what about sizes? No complaints for smaller size clothes than expected?

What are the most important functionalities of your plugin?
I saw that it can automatically fill customers details, now you got google analytics in it, can you tell us more?

I have re-developed importing option of the plugin. Now it looks more attractive and works very smoothly.

The Plugin controls the stock and availability. It reports when an item is not available on AliExpress anymore and can remove it from your site if you want.

Here is some suggestion that you can include into your plugin.
1. Uploading 600*600 or 800*800 images into my site from Aliexpress. This can be added into settings option of the plugin.
2. Integrating facebook pixel setup to easily fire Page View, View content, Add to Cart, Add to Wishlist, Purchase pixel.
3. Countdown timer below Add to cart button.

Quick question: When you receive an order on your website, does your site automatically order it and pay for it on Aliexpress?

 

No, I place each order manually.

 

I'm at present developing a site so that web site owners can upload their orders direct to Aliexpress for a friend and 10 others who have similar website. It's a fun experience and at times very frustrating.

 

A quick question: you can increase the price of product on your website so you increase your profit including to affilate.
but when supplier ships to customer , what happen if he includes an invoice and customer found that he paid more ?

 

There are no any signs of AliExpress and prices on packages. However, sometimes sellers from AliExpress include their business cards in the package. Anyway you can always send a comment with your order asking your seller not to include anything. The sellers on AliExpress have a clear idea about a dropshipping business model and will be happy to assist you.
You can use following sample text:
‘Dear seller. I work as a dropshipper. Please, do not mention Aliexpress and your return address and don’t place your business card into the package. We look forward to continuing and further developing our cooperation with your store. Thank you!’
