    looks pretty scary! perhaps if the grunge texturing can contour based on the contours of the face, it would be even cooler. right now the grunge effects is more typography grunge effects, where it's mainly 2D and very flat, and I can see quite a bit of repetition in the texturing too, kinda canvasy... perhaps if it was more random grunge too...

    I would make a kind of "floor" on the last one. Just darken the place where the person is sitting on.

    The first picture looks weird after you grunge it because only part of her arm is there, thus you can't really make out what it is. The second one however is really good. :) As for your second set, minus the first (to which the arm comment also applies to), both look excellent.
