My hands hurt

    so I went out last Saturday with some friends to play billiards and hat a few beers, after that i had my hands massaged by a nice guy officemate...then the next day i wnet out and swim.. to make to story short, my hands hurt so bad that i don't think I can make a tight grip, it hurts so bad... what should i do, of course i need to wet my hands and wash as often as i could...
