I know that I cannot put adsense besides a picture and I imagine that for sure not over a picture...but my homepage it´s a large picture...

Can I put Adsense? (I put in the bottom but some people cannot see it because the resolution that most use)

i don't think there would be any problem with putting your adsense on top of the background image on your homepage since you have other text there and it's not like you are putting images beside the ads to attract viewers but i'm not 100% sure. i think it would be silly if it wasn't allowed. alternatively, you could put adsense at the top and move your content down.

Your placement looks great. google just doesn't want you placing ads right beside pictures in order to increase click through rates. Your picture is a design element and did not draw any undue attention to the ads. Good luck!

Thanks to both. How can I get an assurance that I´m not making a mistake and then get banned?

I don't think Google is going to approve of that DomainDomain but it's a cool idea.
