My lowest CTR..any advise on ad placement

I have tried a few different ad placements for this site but this site is still one of my lowest in CTRs, yet has good traffic. I basically have the ad in 4 templates. The ad on the right side will display in all templates. Below are links that cover my ad placement. Any feedback or advise would be appreciated.

You could try to add Horizontal link add Unit under :Login Sign Up ....

and you could try to change the Color of the Title in the sidebar adsense to yellow or same with the color of the image above that ads.

    Good luck

I suggest you try different colors in your ad units.

Your website is black, and to the right of your homepage in that panel, there is a big blotch of white. Try making that black, and then use white lettering for your ads. Make it blend in with the site.

Erm, all your ad units are below the fold unless you have the browser window maximised, this means if a visitor (like myself) goes to your site with a browser window around 75% filling their screen I don't see any ads until I scroll down the page.

If AdSense income is important to you, above the fold is where the most clicks are gained. One of my sites is doing over 6% CTR right now (was less than 3% last month) due to fully blended ad units and 2 ad units above the fold in hot click areas (I also added 200 MFA sites to the AdSense filter, but not sure if that's part of the improvement).

See http://www.morearnings.com/2006/05/08/adsense-revenue/ for an image of the AdSense heat map (hot click areas) and some AdSense placement tips.

I also recommend that you use the adsense filter to filter out stupid ads, that usually helps.
