    The ones that I did find biolating (in my opinion) are the link units that have bullets (arrows and circles) before them. I think this grabbing undue attention and misleading.

    whts violating it? the ads placement or it is blended good with the website i have seen many websites like that. Even the perfect ones like us who knows about adsense doesn' trecognize it is an add. i have seen many like that so is it against google?

    Violates Google TOS simple as that. it says don't make your ads look like regular links on site. And it is a clear violation of terms. Remove the ads or make them look distinct or you are soon out of adsense.
