well lil' too many ads.

 

i am taking off the ads off the side & putting banners - waiting for azoogle to aprove me

 

A few suggestions to add to the pot:

In the top right hand corner, maybe add "About Us | Contact Us | Bookmark" and so on.
It would be nice to perhaps see some sort of directory structure and navigation in the left column.
Add a descriptive page or piece of content for each phone
A Search Feature would be nice, remove some of the phones from the index page so you leave the visitor with something to browse.
Maybe create some unique articles (reviews, previews, etc)
Have a simple rating/comment system on the phones, people like to interact

Nice looking site

You can earn more and more,, but you need a traffic with some great touch of search engine traffic.

 

The site looks good but if you drop some of the ads you may improve your ctr and cpm try some split testing once you get some traffic.

its brand new only like 4 - 5 days old.

 

Nice idea, but I think you'd be better off using a blog such as wordpress and do reviews on each phone rather than only posting tech specs of each phone.

 

It think you are wasting your home page as far as SEO goes. You have no content, your title is too long and if 'Nokia Phones' is the keyword you plan to optimise for, I hope you are the best SEO on the face of the planet otherwise you probably won't rank very high.

However, if you plan on driving traffic via other means, not bad!

 

TOOOOOO many ads!!! This has the following disadvantages :

1) Makes the site a bit ugly, ppl might disagree with that but the next reasons I'm sure many will agree with me.

2) Makes your visitors go "ads-blinded" as stated by many here in DP. Visitors won't click the ads simply because they know they are ads (beside they might get frustrated with such large number of ads). Increasing number of ads DECREASE number of clicks. Ask many of the pros here in DP and they will tell you so.

3) Increasing number of ads DECREASES your revenue not only because of less number of clicks , but also because low-paying ads will show on your site. If you don't know, in adsense ads enter an auction and those with highest bidding are placed on the site, When u display too many ads, both high-paying and low-paying will show on your site as there's room for both. Add this to number 2 above (less clicks) and your revenue will decrease that what it could have reached.

4) Too much ads and not much content ( as i noticed in ur site) makes the site more like MFA sites which are hated by google and might provoke them to ban you .( MFA=Made For Adsense). Increase amount of quality content ( add previews of the phone as stated by someone here in this thread ,for example).

so in summary , increase content and decrease number of ads ,remove at least one ad unit and watch ur earnings. I personally would have removed 2 ad units at least.

N.B: i think you better place a border between the ads on the top and the pics , think the current layout is against google's TOS

 

Surely it's a good looking site and i think there are too many ads too. and there are too many such sites out there. Good luck anyway.

How will you generate traffic ? SEO or will you buy traffic ?
