    Microbrewed stout - that's the way to go. here in Missouri - there's a place called "Schlafley's" out of St. Louis that has the most amazing beer - it's called "Coffee Stout", and you can pick it up in many good liquour stores in MO. Microbrewed stout mixed with straight espresso - heck all they need to do is throw in a little nicotene and it would be pure heaven in a bottle! :D
