    Kind of misleading with the search box located below with the ads on top. I hope that is not in any way to confuse people about clicking the ads. :D
    Anyway, why not try to place a horizontal ad unit on the top below the navigation bar. That will make people take notice of it.

    The other ad units are fine.
    I am not sure if these kinds of site have a good CTR because people come there for a specific reason and they get get it.

    But you can add one horizontal link unit below the navigation.

    Also there is place for a vertical unit or a small vertical rectangle to the left of the content on home page.
