You need to change the title "Headlines" on top of adsense. It is against TOS.

google not allowed pictures which are near the ad links. google can banned you for this reason

 

How do u mean near the links? I thought you only have to put a border around the picture, am I wrong?

I would probably say make a different site. There's lots of mesothelioma sites out there, but trust me, not all of them get the 500$/click ads or whatnot.

As well, it will probably be hard to get a lot of unique/non-copyrighted material on such a site unless you are good at researching the topic and can drive a lot of traffic to it (over the 14,500,000 sites in google right now). I don't want to discourage you, but the MFA-Mesothelioma site idea has kind of already been worn out - maybe go after something you have a passion for?

 

I think it is a good try at making your page.. just have fun and enjoy

 

This site topic really is a very over-crowded market but if you can compete with all the others and make it work then you'll do well. From what I hear though, the payouts aren't what they used to be for these keywords though.
