    I agree with you... A large rectangle above the fold, or maybe 2 leatherboards above the fold, one below the other. Either way, the visitors must be able to see the ads. Making them prominent increases the chances of getting good CTR.

    The Adsense ads appearing on your site are less in numbers as well as they are not targeted and not blended with your site. You need to make your ad to blend with your site. You are using too much color on a page. If you really like to increase your CTR then use not more than two color combination on your pages.

    Try to make the ad color same as title of the post color. Hope these few tips will help.

    Seems your Alexa is pretty low. Are you sure you got 40,000 uniques? What statistic tracker are you using?

    all problems are solved, now im making 5$ per day :).
    I would be glad if someone can tell me how to make best out of adsesne search.
    I get around 50 to 70 search queries perday but only one or 2 clicks :( .
