    I am wondering what is better, SEO wise, to have:
    mysite.com/store or store.mysite.com, where mysite is any website.

    Store will be a section where I will sell products.

    If you do it as a subdomain, the search engines may count it as a seperate site. Doing as a normal folder though, gives you more pages and content on your main site. :)
