    1) Its not allowed, and if you use it you will get banned.
    3) You can also get banned for sending messages.

    Best thing to do is make a nice profile, and joing groups, and ad a few friends per-day.
    That way people will see your profile with its website.

    the best thing with myspace is that your profile can rank well in search engine and you get free traffic.
    - who to optimze:
    - choose your name related to your profile and choose your friends with the same topic,
    - friends comment more important to began with your keywords.
